Tax-free Zones

With approval from China's State Council, the government sets up the tax-free zones for international trade and tax-free business. It is similar to those international free trade zones. Within the zones, foreign businessmen are allowed to invest on international trade, tax-free storing, and processing and exports businesses.

Now China has 15 tax-free zones, including the famous one in Waigaoqiao, Shanghai. They have acted as a new bridge between Chinese and world economy.
